OrangeDAO Partners with EthSign to Support Founders

“Orange DAO is dedicated to supporting and investing in the best web 3 founders, and we are thrilled to partner with EthSign to provide our members with a comprehensive solution for fundraising with tokens” — Don Ho, Partner of Orange DAO

EthSign, the web3 company converting legal agreements to smart contracts, is proud to announce its collaboration with OrangeDAO, a DAO of over 1300 members exploring and advancing web3 through supporting and investing in founders. EthSign’s new product TokenTable, is a token ownership management platform that helps users execute, track, and enforce the agreements a project uses to distribute their tokens. The product serves all tokenholders — stakeholders in token-based projects — including founders, investors, employees, advisors, and community contributors.

As part of this collaboration, TokenTable will provide a service for Y Combinator founders in Orange DAO to automate the fundraising experience and improve token cap table management.

The current “fundraising stack” is fragmented across email, spreadsheets, e-signature platforms, bank accounts, messaging apps, and wallets. With TokenTable, OrangeDAO founders will have access to a platform that leverages blockchain to make record keeping, fund transfer, and agreement enforcement more secure and user-friendly. TokenTable aims to be a 10X better solution than the incumbent token-fundraising stack by streamlining the entire process from start to finish. This will help founders in Orange DAO access the resources they need to succeed in the web3 space, while also ensuring that the process is secure and efficient.

“We are thrilled to collaborate with Orange DAO and provide Y Combinator founders with a powerful platform for fundraising and token cap table management,” said Xin, CEO of EthSign. “TokenTable is a game-changer in the fundraising space, providing a comprehensive solution that leverages blockchain to streamline the entire process, while abstracting away its complexities in the user experience.”

“Orange DAO is dedicated to supporting and investing in the best web 3 founders, and we are thrilled to partner with EthSign to provide our members with a comprehensive solution for fundraising with tokens,” said Don Ho, Partner of Orange DAO. “TokenTable will be a valuable tool for our members that will alleviate a lot of the time and energy it takes to manage their token allocation and help them focus on their core business operations.”

The collaboration between EthSign and Orange DAO is a testament to both companies’ commitment to advancing the web3 ecosystem by making it easier for founders to raise money and bring their visions to life.
